Mithra Valley is the location of the Ox Tank, one of Mephisto's weapons, which was used to bomb Paco Village early in the game.
Story[]
After learning of the valley's location in Toroledo, Flint and Alexia head to Mithra Valley to investigate. Spotting Zeppo, Ruby and Albert near the entrance to the tank, they follow them inside. On their way up through the tank, they encounter several villagers who have been enslaved by Mephisto and his minions, mindlessly maintaining and operating the facility. At the very top, Flint and Alexia once again find Zeppo and his crew, as they confront Mutox, questioning him over the use of their pirate symbol on the tank. Mutox states that he hates all humans, knocking the pirates out of the way and chasing Flint all the way to the bottom, where the boss battle ensures. Upon defeat, Mutox reverts into a normal bull, and Flint and Alexia leave the tank and Mithra Valley.
